Join the “Conversations in Performance Studies 2023” with UP Diliman Department of Speech Communication and Theatre Arts (DSCTA) alumni Allen Baylosis and Ian Rafael Ramirez on October 30, Monday, at 10 a.m. via Zoom.
Baylosis, a PhD student in gender, race, sexuality, and social justice at the University of British Columbia, Canada, will discuss “Assembling Filipinx Commons?: Diasporic Lives and Minortiarian Aesthetic Performances in British Columbia.”
Ramirez, a PhD candidate in theatre and performance studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia, will talk about “Mapping the Constellations of Baklang Kanal Worldmaking.”
