Bakawan is an educational film directed by Lemnuel V. Aragones, PhD, a professor at the UPD Institute of Environmental Science and Meteorology, in collaboration with the UP Film Institute (UPFI) and Nick Deocampo, a filmmaker and an associate professor at the UPFI.
