Extending the Horizons of Human Rights

In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the symposium “Extending the Horizons of Human Rights” will be held on Dec. 12, Tuesday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m., at the UP Theater.
