“Poetry Inspired by the Environment”: A poetry writing workshop
We are inviting everyone to a poetry writing workshop featuring virtual artist, Nicolei Buendia Gupit at the SESAM Library, UPLB on 27 March 2023, 1PM-4PM.
The workshop involves guided short writing exercises and reading together poems by Claudia Rankine, Edgar Allan Poe, & Craig Santos Perez. The event is free & open to all writing levels. No previous poetry experience needed!
All writing materials will be provided. This is FREE and OPEN TO ALL!

This workshop is part of Nicolei’s ongoing research on the human toll of climate change in the Philippines as a US Fulbright scholar & guest visual artist at UPLB-SESAM.
