
The UP Diliman (UPD) Department of Linguistics will hold the lecture “Postscript to Wars of Extinction: Lumad Identity and Struggle” on March 17, Friday, 2 p.m., at the Palma Hall 2nd Floor Lobby.
The resource speaker is Arnold P. Alamon, an associate professor from the Mindanao State University—Iligan Institute of Technology.

The lecture is part of the “3rd Consuelo J. Paz Lecture” in celebration of the department’s centennial founding anniversary. It is also one of the activities for the UPD Arts and Culture Festival 2023, with the theme “Kaloob Mula at Tungo sa Bayan: Artista-Iskolar-Manlilikha.”
